The concept was to connect and create harmonious space between the production hall and the office building. At the plot development there is parking places and driveway for a truck delivery.

The office building implies reception, open staircase, administration offices, conference rooms, social rooms, hygienic - sanitary, dining room and locker rooms.

On the first floor are offices. Building in a traditional reinforced concrete.

The building was designed in the production hall steel structure, cladding type sandwich, with decorative frames stretched outside the building.

The skylights provide light inside the production hall.
